Hi! I’m Ale! A Spanish Artist based in Madrid!

I’ve been working in the animation industry for the last five years, doing a lot of different things, Layout Designs, Background Painting, Prop Designer, Character Designer, Animation Assistant and Clean Up/Inbetween and Ink & Paint for 2D including series and films.

Some of my latest works have been as Layout Artist in ‘El Tesoro de Barracuda’ (Directed by Adriá García for HAMPA STUDIO), Prop Designer for Gigglebug Animation for a Nickelodeon project in ‘Super Duper Bunny League’, and Background Designer for ‘Rock Bottom’, the movie based on the life and music of Robert Wyatt (Pink Floyd musician), ah! and a lot of projects as Clean Up Artist too! As in ‘Poor Devil’ for HBO MAX, ‘Best Friends Forever…. Stranded!’ for Peekaboo Animation, “Our Christmas” (…).

I’ve worked a long time on murals and graffiti, and for two or three years I used to do tattoos, but for now I’m focused on Layout/Backgrounds/character design and visual development, so I can contribute to projects with more drawing and painting, I’m sure I’m what you need in your team!

I’m currently doing some visual development for my personal project/portfolio and looking for work so if you’re interested, I’m your man!

I love this world and this job, I love creating environments and characters, creating colourfull worlds and working with other professionals and friends.
I really believe in the power of draws to create illusions and dreams.
